Return & Refund Policy

We offer a 15-day return policy, which means you may request a return within 15 days after receiving your item.
To be eligible for a return, your item must remain in the original condition as received, unworn and unused, with tags attached and in its original packaging. You will also need to provide your receipt or proof of purchase.
To initiate a return, please contact us at cs@musesjewelry.com. If your return request is approved, we will send you a return shipping label together with instructions on how and where to send back your package. Items returned without prior return application will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order immediately upon receipt. If the item is defective, damaged, or you have received an incorrect item, contact us right away so we can review the issue and resolve it properly.
Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
Certain categories of items are not eligible for return, including perishable goods (such as food, flowers, plants), custom products (special orders, personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). Hazardous materials, flammable liquids and gases are also non-returnable.
Please contact us if you have questions about a specific item. Sale items and gift cards cannot be returned.
Exchanges
The fastest way to receive your desired item is to submit a return request for your current product. Once your return is approved, you may place a new separate order for the replacement item.
Refunds
After we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved. If approved, the refund will automatically be processed back to your original payment method.
Please note: Banks or credit card issuers require time to process refunds. In some cases, it may take up to 14 business days for funds to appear in your account after we issue the refund.
