Return & Refund Policy

We have a 5-day return policy, which means you have 5 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition you received it, unworn or unused, with tags attached, and in its original packaging. You will also need to provide the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we will send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to return your package. Items sent back without first requesting a return will
not be accepted.

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order immediately upon receipt. Contact us right away if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we may evaluate the issue and resolve it.
Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
Certain items cannot be returned, including:
- Perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants)
- Custom or personalized products (special orders, engraved or custom-designed items)
- Personal care goods (such as beauty products)
- Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases

Sale items and gift cards are non-returnable.
Items purchased using a discount code are not eligible for return.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the unwanted item first. Once the return is accepted, you may place a new order for the item you prefer.
Refunds
We will notify you once we have received and inspected your returned item, and inform you whether your refund is approved.
If approved, your refund will be automatically processed to your original payment method.
Please note that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund. In some cases, it may take up to 14 business days from the date we process your refund.
